About FindWork Romania

Our mission

FindWork Romania exists to make legal employment in Romania accessible to immigrants and international candidates who do not speak Romanian fluently. We believe everyone deserves a clear explanation of salary, location, contract type, and working hours before accepting a job. Our recruiters work in English, review every CV manually, and phone applicants within one to two business days when there is a potential match. We partner with companies that hire foreign workers for logistics, production, warehousing, cleaning, hospitality, and related sectors — especially where monthly pay around 7,000 lei reflects stable full-time roles.

Who we serve

Most applicants are already in Romania or planning to move soon. They come from many countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe. Some have temporary work permits; others are EU nationals or family reunification cases. We also support candidates applying from abroad when employers are ready to coordinate arrival and onboarding. Employers turn to us when they need reliable volume hiring with phone screening in English and structured handover to HR.

How we work with employers and applicants

Applicants complete a short online form with CV upload. Our database stores the application securely so recruiters can search by city, language, and experience. Employers submit hiring inquiries describing roles and locations; we shortlist matching profiles and coordinate interviews. When a placement is confirmed, referral commissions may be calculated for candidates who shared their link — see the referral program on the jobs page.

Our commitment to legal work

We promote employment with registered contracts in Romania. We do not advertise illegal work or cash-only schemes. If an employer cannot offer formal employment, we do not present the role as a standard placement. Candidates should always read their contract and ask questions during our English call.
